ABOUT WHITE TANTRIC YOGA This all-day meditation experience is both challenging and uplifting. It raises us to the heights of our excellence and crystallizes our commitment to transformation. It is an event unsurpassed for its power and ecstasy.
Our minds release a thousand thoughts within the wink of an eye. They become feelings, emotions, desires and multi-realities, lost in the unconscious and subconscious mind effecting the conscious mind and ruling our lives.
White Tantric Yoga is a sacred science which allows us to experience release from these subconscious blocks and limitations in the shortest period of time. It helps us achieve the freedom we need to accomplish our life's goals and fulfill our mission.
White Tantric Yoga is practiced in pairs as a group meditation. You will sit facing a partner and follow instructions for meditation given on a video tape by the Mahan Tantric, Yogi Bhajan. Every course is facilitated, in person, by a representative of the Mahan Tantric.
The day consists of six to eight kriyas incorporating a yogic posture (asana) and a hand posture (mudra), a mental focus, breathing technique (pranayama) and usually a mantra often accompanied by music. They are typically 31 - 62 minutes in length with a break between each kriya.

Things to bring with you...
- Yoga mat, or sheep skin, or blanket.
- Wear white clothing (or very light colors) and a white head covering.
- A bottle of water is valuable.
Vegetarian lunch, and yogi tea, is included in the course fee. However, you may need a snack prior to lunch or in the late afternoon; you may wish to bring something light and healthy.
